Multi-Event Coaching Sessions - Covid-19 Restricted
In line with Government guidance, England Athletics have now sanctioned a restricted return to training activity for groups of up to SIX people (including coaches). Their guidance can be found here: https://www.englandathletics.org/athletics-and-running/news/guidance-update-step-2/
Clearly, we are still a long way from returning to normal training activity, particularly with the leisure centre and track itself closed. However, Martin Findlay & Kevin Baker will provide Multi-Event Coaching Sessions on Thursdays 7.00pm at the Holme Pierrepont Rugby fields.
These will be primarily equipment free sessions, so expect Oregon Sessions, Hill Sprints, Beep Tests etc. There will also be sessions of drills for Jump, Sportshall and Howler nights.
As you can imagine, these sessions come with conditions; please read them carefully before requesting a place:
- Hand sanitizer
- Rucksack as sessions might be mobile
- RAC barcode tag or paper with emergency phone number on
- Smile and enthusiasm
