Mini League Sportshall - Sunday 12th January 2025
Sportshall is back and your club needs you!
The mini-league Sportshall season is open to all athletes from U11 to U15, so we want to get as many blue vests as we can up to Kirkby-in-Ashfield to compete against the other Mini League teams.
In addition this year, athletes aged 8, 9 and 10 can take part in a taster session of events (non-scoring) before the main competition.
The event is on Sunday 12th January at Kirkby in Ashfield Leisure Centre, Hodgkinson Rd, NG17 7DJ, starting at 10am for the taster session with the main competition starting at 10.30am. The event should finish at 1.30pm
It’s warm and dry and there are plenty of events to choose from so whether you like to run, jump or throw there is something for everyone.
Athletes can choose 3 events, of which at least 1 should be a track event and at least 1 should be a field event (plus a relay)
Details for each age group can be found on the entry form below.
This is a great way to represent your club and has the added benefit of being indoors! Don’t worry if you haven’t done sportshall before, it’s super-easy, super-fun and the RAC team will be on hand to guide you through it.
We need parents to help with officiating on the day - please let us know if you could stay and help.
Any queries please contact Rachel or Alison at [email protected]
