RAC Return to Training Registration Form
We’re delighted to announce that RAC will return to training at the track behind Toot Hill School from Tuesday the 8th December. Training will take place on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings between 18.45 and 20.10, Saturday mornings between 10.15 and 11.15 and Sunday morning between 10.15 and 11.15.

Please use the form below to register for a session.
You must enter all information correctly. Not providing us with an emergency contact name and number, as well as a valid EA Number will mean your registration is void. Your EA Number can be found in the EA registration email you would have received on renewal of the 2019/20 membership; on the barcode tag previously used for registration at training or can be requested via the England Athletics website here.

The leisure centre has asked that everyone aged 12 and above wears a mask when on school grounds until their activity starts.
Training is now at the 'usual' time of 7.00PM - 8.00PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

We have had to remove the 'Preference' option as this made registration too complicated. Please pick the sessions you would like to attend and we will do our absolute best to give everyone at least one session.

Terms and Conditions for Training at the Track
- Training is by athlete request (or their parent if U18). If you would like to train, complete the form below by Saturday of the week before.
- Any athlete who is a paid up RAC member is welcome to request training.
- RAC will arrange groups and let you know if you have a place via email. We’ll do our best to fit everyone in to 1 session per week.
- Groups will not exceed 12 athletes plus coach.
- Under no circumstances should you turn up to train without having a confirmed place.
- If, having being offered a place, you are unable to attend for any reason please email rushcliffeac@gmail.com ASAP so the place can be reallocated.
- Sessions may be cancelled at short notice if Government or EA guidance changes or coaches have to isolate, so check Facebook and your phone before setting off.

- If you have any Covid-19 symptoms, or have been in contact with someone who has symptoms, or have been contacted by the track and tracers, you must not request or come to training.
- Athletes should meet in the agreed area (field next to track at Toot Hill school), and stand 2m apart from each other. If more than one group of athletes are training at the same time in the same location, the coaches will direct the groups to stand 20m apart. You must follow their instruction.
- Please arrive at the designated times at the meeting points.
- At the track: athletes under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian/responsible adult until registered for session and then accompanying adults leave the school premises.
- When dropping off U18 athletes, accompanying adults must maintain at least 20m distance from any group.
- At the end of the session, U18 athletes must be collected from the drop off point by their accompanying adult at agreed times.
- All athletes should bring their own labelled water bottle.
- The toilets in the Leisure Centre closed, so make sure you go before you leave home.
- The coaches will have hand sanitiser, towel and first aid kit if required.
