RAC T&F Fun Champs - 19th September 2026
The event is on Saturday 19th September at Bingham Track.
The meet will take place from 10am-1pm and athletes will be asked to compete in three events (a run, a jump and a throw). We hope many athletes will show their support for their club and take part in this. It is meant to be an enjoyable event for all to take part in.
Every athlete now in Secondary school or FE (except year 7) will compete in Shot, Long Jump and have a choice of 100m or 800m.
Athletes in Primary school and year 7 will compete in Howler Javelin, Long jump and have a choice of 75m or 600m.
All those already entered will automatically be transferred to the correct run distance (i.e.75m instead of 100m, 600m instead of 800m) and throw (Howler Javelin instead of Shot put).
Points will be awarded for each event (à la Heptathlon, Decathlon etc) using points tables. Medals will be awarded for the top three in each age group.
