Notts Mini League Track and Field 2026
The summer mini-league season is back and Rushcliffe are the defending champions!
Can we win our fourth successive mini-league in a row?
Fixtures & Dates
- 25th April (Saturday) – Mansfield - Berry Hill Park
- 17th May (Sunday) – Newark – YCMA Newark & Sherwood
- 7th June (Sunday) – Mansfield – Berry Hill Park
- 4th July (Saturday) – Newark – YCMA Newark & Sherwood
Events start at 10:00 and timetables will be emailed out in the week leading up to the competition.
This competition is free to enter for U10, U12, U14 and U16 RAC members.
The Notts Mini-League is the perfect opportunity to compete in your favourite events and also try out some new ones.
Note the age categories have changed this year, so everybody who was eligible to compete last year will be able to compete again! Hooray!
Don’t worry if you haven’t competed for RAC before, it’s easy, super-fun and the RAC team will be on hand to answer any questions you have.
Events available
U10 athletes will compete in all 4 available events as part of the new Funetics Multi Challenge introduced this year.
U12s, U14s and U16s can do a maximum of 3 individual events plus a relay.
U08s 50m
U10s (Yr’s 3&4) Funetics (50m, 400m, Long Jump, Howler Javelin)
U12s (Yr’s 5&6) Hurdles, 75m, 600m, Long Jump, Howler Javelin
U14s (Yr’s 7&8) Hurdles, 200m, 1500m, Long Jump, Javelin
U16s (Yr’s 9&10) Hurdles, 100m, 200m, 300m, 800m, 1500m, High Jump, Javelin, Shot
There will also be 4x100m relays in age groups U12, U14 and U16. The team manager will select the teams.
Important restrictions:
- U14 & U16 may only enter either 800m or 1200/1500m, not both.
- U16 may only enter 2 out of 100m, 200m or 300m.
- Maximum spike length = 6mm
Results are usually within a week after the event. Further information and past results can be found at the Notts Mini League website. Look for the waving dog once they've been uploaded!
